Ollie’s career has spanned a wide range of roles within the industry, including Culinary education, Key Account Management, Sector Development, and Tourism Careers.He holds Degree’s in Tourism and Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts from Thames Valley University in London Ollie’s pragmatic approach, emphasising realism over idealism, underscores his expertise and unwavering dedication to enhancing the visitor experience and keeping Irish Tourism at the forefront of excellence.
